CANADIAN GEESE ISSUES
You may have noticed that there seemed to be a lot more Canadian Geese around the lake right now. There's a reason for that. Based on an article by the Ohio Geese Control, this is the time of year that the geese lose their feathers, or molt, in order to grow new ones for the fall migration. Most birds do not lose all their flying features during the molting process but Canadian Geese do. Therefore, they are unable to fly until the feathers grow back. So the geese that are here when the process begins will be here until the molting is complete. Once we see that the molting is ending, we will have the pathways and docks power washed. Please bear with us during this time, and watch where you step.
